Ted Jokerst
Principal
Ted Jokerst
Ted serves as Principal of Wildamere Capital Management LLC. Ted has served as Principal of Wildamere since its founding in 2012.
In 2017, Ted founded Wexford Commercial Construction LLC. Wexford primarily provides tenant improvement solutions throughout the Twin Cities area. In 2018, Ted founded Elysian Senior Homes LLC. Elysian provides comprehensive senior housing management services and is headquartered in Red Wing, MN.
Prior to the founding of Wildamere, Ted served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Welsh Capital. While with Welsh Capital Ted oversaw a variety of capital structure strategies with an estimated value of over $500 million.
Before Welsh Capital, Ted served for ten years in carrying roles within the Commercial Real Estate Division of U.S. Bank, N.A. His banking experience included the sale and management of over $275 million interest rate derivative products.
Ted holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts and Science from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Louis University.
Ted currently serves as a minority owner and board member of Riverland Bank Corporation in Jordan, MN. Ted is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Chapter of Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Steve Anderson

Steve Anderson
Steve serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Wildamere Capital Management LLC. Steve is responsible for the accounting operations of the company that include the preparation of financial reports, maintain accounting records and preparing budgets to ensure that the company’s goals and objective are met. Steve is responsible for managing Wildamere’s Real Estate Accounting Team and all the outsourced functions of Wildamere.
Prior to joining Wildamere, Steve spent 15 years with Welsh Companies where he was responsible for all functions of the financial details and processes for a variety of entities. Steve also handled the accounting for three of the Real Estate Funds, preparing monthly financials, assisting in annual audits, and preparing quarterly dividend payments to investors.
During his career, Steve was a Cost Accountant for Coca-Cola Enterprises and a Corporate Staff Accountant with GE Capital Fleet Services.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
Devin Doyle

Devin Doyle, CCIM
Devin serves as President of Wildamere Capital Management.
In 2017, Devin founded Wexford Commercial Construction LLC and also serves as President and CEO of the company. Wexford provides General Contracting services throughout the Twin Cities Area.
In 2018, Devin founded Elysian Senior Homes LLC with Ted Jokerst. Elysian provides comprehensive senior housing management services and is headquartered in Red Wing, MN.
Prior to joining Wildamere, Devin served as a Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent and laborer at Welsh Construction for 14 years.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science with a Construction Management Major and a Minor in Business Administration from Mankato State University in Mankato, MN.
Devin serves as a board member of Matter in St. Louis Park, MN. Devin is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association (MNCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Devin also holds a broker license in the state of Minnesota, CCIM Designation, and a LEED AP BD+C with U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
